Troubling stories are emerging out of Libya--stories of revenge and vigilante justice. Three weeks ago, a traveler outside of Benghazi discovered a body, bound hands and feet, shot twice in the head. He had disappeared from the market earlier that day. Ten days later, shepherds discovered a body with a single bullet wound to the head. Masked men had seized him from his home. The common link was that both of the victims had been interrogators in el-Gaddafi's internal security forces, known for their brutality to internal dissidents.
